Research Consulting have brought high level of professionalism and expertise as the consultant for or programme. They have time and again extended their advice and support even beyond the project lifecycle, in consideration of the delays caused by the pandemic. Their knowledge of the UK, Malaysia and East Asia research landscape and HE sectors has added considerable value to the project outcomes. Their excellent understanding of the local culture and ways of working with public sector stakeholders has greatly facilitated our engagements and interactions.
