Research Consulting has today launched an on-line survey of UK HEIs as part of a study commissioned by Jisc. The primary objective of the study is to help assess the value of the following Jisc open access services: Monitor Local, Monitor UK and Publications Router. These services are designed to help streamline open access processes within institutions – thereby helping to reduce the compliance burden highlighted in our 2014 report Counting the Costs of Open Access. The results will also inform development of a proposed open access support service, encompassing both technical services and wider support for the open access community in HEIs.

All UK HEIs are encouraged to respond and your input will have an impact on how Jisc continues to develop these services. Please click here to complete the survey, which will close at midnight on Friday 11 March 2016.
