As outlined on HEFCE’s blog, Research Consulting has been appointed by HEFCE to consider the availability of good/effective practice materials in university knowledge exchange. Working with representatives from Universities UK, PraxisUnico and AURIL, our role will be to undertake a broad-ranging review of the  materials collected from HEFCE’s recent consultation in this area, supplementing these with other guidance identified from our own work, and making recommendations on how next stages might be taken forward. We will also be contributing to the work of the McMillan group, which is undertaking a deep dive investigation of effective practices in university technology transfer.
We’re delighted to be working with HEFCE and the HE sector on this project, and will be posting further details on the outcomes of our work in spring 2016.
